We're upgrading our VOD platform!

Medford Community Media is switching over to a new cloud-based VOD (Video On Demand) platform! Currently, this is in process with the cutover date still being decided.  

This new cloud-based platform will still show live channels just like our current one but with a more intuitive interface an overall cleaner look. This improved platform now allows for documents to be attached to any uploaded video; this may be beneficial for city meetings as they can have their agendas attached for review while viewers watch the program. The switch to a new platform reduces our digital storage footprint at Medford Community Media as now our VOD content will be stored on the cloud. Castus technicians are currently copying over existing files to the new one! While they copy over files, they are also making sure all old links will redirect to our new VOD web page. 

Please take note that after the cutoff date has taken place, all links to the old VOD will no longer play that exact video.  This change may take some getting used to, but we’ll have short training videos posted to the site to make this transition as smooth as possible.
